These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Let Management LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the publisher of Daily Stack, a newsletter and website covering markets, business, and current events, available at dailystack.beehiiv.com (the "Service"). Daily Stack publishes editorial content — news roundups, analysis, and commentary — delivered by email and made available on the web. Unless we say otherwise, the Service is offered free of charge. The Service is hosted and delivered through beehiiv, Inc. Any features supplied by beehiiv are also governed by beehiiv's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Let Management LLC is not responsible for the actions, systems, or policies of beehiiv, Inc.

You must be at least 13 years old to subscribe to Daily Stack. By using the Service you confirm that:

Subscriptions and Email

Subscribing to Daily Stack means you agree to receive recurring emails from us, including newsletter issues and occasional service announcements. Ownership of Content

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Let Management LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to the mailing address listed under Contact below. Your notice should include:

Governing Law and Disputes

Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

YOU AND LET MANAGEMENT LLC EACH AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER IT ACCRUES OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Waiver and Severability

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full force.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page, and where a change is material, we will communicate it through the Service where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Please check this page periodically.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Let Management LLC concerning the Service and replace all earlier understandings, written or oral, relating to the Service.
